About me

Photos by Lisa Hancock

I completed my BFA in Drama at NYU Tisch, where I developed a devised and physical theater practice studying at Playwrights Horizons Theater School and the Experimental Theater Wing. I then harnessed these techniques in a year of conservatory Shakespeare training at The Classical Studio where I was given the Tisch Drama Award for Outstanding Performance in Studio as recognition for my work as Buckingham in Richard III.

My other notable accomplishments at NYU were writing and performing in the historic NYU Reality Show at Radio City Music Hall; and doing comedy on After School Improv — Tisch’s premier long-form improv team.

Some professional highlights include:

  • Originating the role of Robin in Amina Henry’s Interstate at Dixon Place directed by Cat Miller, produced by Mark Armstrong (2025)

  • Participating as an actor in the 24 Hour Plays: Nationals in 4 Sisters Waiting for an Exit by Drew Woodson at Classic Stage’s Lynn F. Angelson Theater (2025)

  • Developing the role of Morgan in Lost Grrrl Found, a new DIY punk show riotgrrrl musical performed at The Sultan Room, Stone Circle Theater, and Pianos NYC (2024-Present)

My artistic practice is acting focused, and expands into singing, writing, comedy, and producing. My writing has been published by Ebony Tomatoes Collective; I spent a summer creating multimedia art in Havana at the Ludwig Foundation of Cuba (ask me about it!); and I am a founding member of Dyke Theater Co, a lesbian theater collective and community space.

I’m represented by Kreativ Media Partners, non-union, and stoked to work with you.
